did you not get a booklet with your kit? I don't have my car right now its in the shop being finished up but I can take my settings and jot them down in here. It was pretty straight forward and is slighlty different per car from the guys around here running it

I havent got the kit yet. Kind of preparing for it now.
So, you say the instructions come with a base setting? What psi?

To everyone who can tell me: How good stock TSI fuel settings are?

yeah, but I ran so fu**ing lean its not even funny. I added about 10times the amount of fuel (LITERALLY) from what their settings were. they say, 2, 2.4, 2.8, etc. thats BS. Mine are

This is copied from another thread I replied to in earlier today
DO NOT USE TSI'S SETTINGS!!!!!!!!!!! I am running their kit. WHen I got tuned, 7lbs needed 30.0 ms to be in a good a/f ratio. If you are feeling sluggish, its because you are more than likely running lean and thats terrible. I was running super lean at first. Try these settings, see if they help out, if its more sluggish, than you are probably rich. But I doubt that.

turbo timer - 40-60sec
rpm - 6800 (whatever stock is in your car, lx is 6800, set it no more above, wont work anyways)

0psi - 12.0ms
1psi - 16.0ms
2psi - 18.0ms
3psi - 20.0ms
4psi - 22.0ms
5psi - 24.0ms
6psi - 26.0ms
7psi - 28.0ms
8psi - 30.0ms
9psi - 32.0ms
10psi - 34.0ms

2000 - 1.2ms (I forget if 2000 is the first setting, but I start at the first one
2500 - 1.6ms with these and work up)
3000 - 2.0ms
3500 - 2.4ms
4000 - 2.8ms
4500 - 3.2ms

boost level - doesnt work for ****, set it to 6 or 8
adjust rate at 63 or 68%
ACYC-4.0 hg-9 daily, 11 race (I could have the hg and acyc backwards, youll figure it out)

For the 0-10psi, a very good way to start, is just run 30.0ms across. If you are running lean at any lb of boost under 6-8lbs, change the settings all up to 30.0ms.

My car ran suprisingly nice with it set that way. 0psi is always set for 12, but 1-10 can be set to 30.0ms.

Every car is completely different, but I wouldnt recommend TSIs settings. My car is sluggish, detonating, and running like *** that way. The only thing I can figure, is that one of my injectors isnt working????? Any feedback people. I have to add at least double fuel from what everybody else is running. I have 100,000 miles on a 01 lx coupe manual turbo'd.

2k1 Thanks a lot!
I saved your settings in my computer.

For theese settings:

2000 - 1.2ms
2500 - 1.6ms
3000 - 2.0ms
3500 - 2.4ms
4000 - 2.8ms
4500 - 3.2ms
..........

You mean to keep on adding 0.4ms per each 500 rpms untill redline at 6900 (a2), right?

I think, for everyday 7-8 psi should be ok on the stock a2.

actually. I stop at 3.6ms. I dont go all the way up. It helps with not going lean during boost lag. I dont need extra fuel after that.

You may want to try their setting first. Or try mine cut in half exactly. I am thinking one of my injectors may not be firing, or there is a loose wire maybe? But I have double the fuel everybody else is running. Im not sure how many of the people got tuned though, so that could be why. Get tuned for sure, or get a wideband
