Ok I have been saving up for new rims/tires but after reading up on the engine i think i would rather do something to it

I want to either run a turbo (cuz my b/f's brother owns turbo shop) or run nitrous... prolly nitrous cuz its cheaper and I really dont want to stay boosted all winter... plus i can turn off nitrous and i dont have to have it constatnly running right? Anyways, i was just wondering what kind of internals or engine upgrades would i need to run turbo/nitrous safely... cuz safe is good I want to run 50 or 55 shot.

any lists of internals would help alot!! If you have websites on where to buy it and how much it costs please list...
