Misfire usually means your plugs aren't going off at the right time. Did you just wire in the ignition harness? Check all of your connections and check your ignition on the emanage and make sure your timing isn't off.

Dude i got that last week. I changed the spark plugs and it improved but didnt stop it. So after i changed the spark plugs i let the car idle. after clearing the codes. When it was idle the check engine came on and it said 02 sensor High Voltage. So i tried everything cleaning the connections then one day after it ****ed up i just got so pissed and i messed around with the E-01 boost controller and i turned the car on so pissed i drove it down the street and the check engine light was off and it was fine. Now its doing it sometimes but i know i am running extremely rich so i am going to keep fouling the plugs but clear the codes and check to see if high voltage comes out. Also are you tuned yet?

thats the highest we have in AZ. unless you pay 5 bucks a gallon for race fuel. We dont get 93 though, I can never find it, ever. I think its cuz we are a lot hotter of a state than most others, so we dont need as high of an octane for our weather.

we have 87, 89, and 91.

Let me ask you this. What type of Fuel Rail are you using?!!!!!!
The reason I am asking is because i had the same problem, before i had a custom fuel rail done.... Everytime I got into boost, it shot those codes,, Mine was Cylinder 3 only though.... I did what was *written above* i changed the spark plugs, and it did improve a lil of the perfomance, but it still did the mis fire every now and then.... so one day, I just tooked of my rail, and looked at the Rc310's INjectors that i had in... and offcourse, the 3rd Cylinder *Injector*. the rubber piece that was on top of it was ripped off, and it was coverin the top of the injector causin it to block fuel to come trough.. SO if you do everything else and nothing happens, try doing that!....
It worked for me!.

After i get tuned i will let you know if i keep getting the codes as of today when i start the car is misfires but once it warms up it drives beautiful. What spark plugs are running? If they are colder they might be too cold

I had the same trouble on my k20

I change the spark plug
I change the fuel pump
I change 1 injector
Recheck all the wiring

finally the trouble was all the injector was dirty (my engine ran very bad)..

So first of all...
make a compression test
(you must don't have more than 20 psi different between each cylinder)

after check your fuel press
(you must have between 47 and 54 psi)

after check for TPS signal
(its something about 4,9 V wide open and ,5 V when is close)

clean your injectors (not with something you put in the gaz, you must putting it out, remove the cap and clean with high pressure air)

check everything here... and come back with the result... I have more can help you if this don't work

you can check coil resistance with a multimeter. should be around 1.0 +/- 0.1 for each.

mine missfires and has been tuned and tuned and tuned and it still does it. i talked with battle ground (the tuners) and they said it should not be an issue. the car runs fine but i feel it missfires because i have no cat and the IPS (ITS?) sensor is not hooked up. my cel lght has been on since sept. but it runs fine.

I too have had mine car tuned. My tuner also said it is'nt much to to be concerned with. Whats strange is I have a stock CAT and an IPS sensor hooked up. But my check engine light is on every day because of this. In my oppinion it is a reacurring problem! What can we do...

Chances are the problem is in fuler delivery, rather then ignition.

I too have ran a couple of bottles of fuel injector cleaner through the engine. But I have stock fuel parts, so I believe it should'nt be fuel???
