i ran 8 psi on stock internals, stock injectors. i did convert to a return line system. i personally have seen 2 intake manifolds crack on 6-7 psi (something to think about). was tuned with emanage, with a t3-t4 turbo.
you're gonna get some ***** to tell you that you should "search, there's enough topics on this already", but I'll tell ya what I think you should think about, just suggestions.
injectors are a must for pretty much anything over, I'd say, 5 psi? The stock ones only being 240, and rsx type-s being 340, you'll need this upgrade from somebody like dezod.com. He helped me out!
Make sure your engine is up for it before you even install. Compression testing, tune what you have, make sure everything is on the up and up.
don't play around with tuning any other way without using eManage. This will save you a lot of trouble!
Don't even screw around with WOT until you get it to a dyno and have it professionally tuned.
Compare kits: turbo-kits.com TSI kit, or Dezod.com kit. I'll tell you now though, I have the TSI kit, and everyday I wish I had Dezod's! That's a fine kit. DO NOT GO CHEAP! You're gonna wanna go all out from the get go, I know this sucks on the wallet, but you'll thank yourself in the end.
Do a lot of research! If you don't know much about your car, it's a pain if you have to take it to somebody for every little thing everytime!
Can't really argue with these suggestions, just keep these in mind when you can't think straight when you think about spooling!
Take it easy.

I've been boosted for well over 1 year and i run 9-10 psi daily and have hit up to 13psi on a completely stock motor with no problems.
