what was the temp at the time? was motor oil fresh w/addictives still? what kind of gasoline?

noneless, thats some impressive numbers for a 7thgen

gasoline: 94 octane gas
motor oil: synthetic

Type R is rated at 220hp at the crank/flywheel...not at the wheels.

220 at the crank and 207 at the wheels...thats not a big loss....but u have I/H/E soo that would account for it...

i thought those numbers were a little low, w/ a race header. BUT you don't have a CAI which makes a big diff. and it is a smooth power curve.

and that exhaust might be too big.

3" exhaust on a N/A car....Waay too big. So much exhaust drag, it's not even funny. Port match it to the race header with a custom exhaust and high flow cat welded on then see your numbers. You'll probably loose 2-5 HP, but gain 10 ft/lbs of TQ.
