Smile recommendations on internals.

hey, looking to start buying different components now to ease the financial pain of turbo costs. I want to do the recommended stuff to make the d17a2 provide reliable power on a turbo setup. I only want to run around 200 whp. From what I understand I will need a better head gasket and headstuds, but should I also be putting in some stronger rods and such? I seriously want to get this right the first time, but I'm also hoping beefing up the motor, and then turbo will be less than full swap. Could you guys give me an idea where and what to look for?

It all depends on how much you want to boost later on. you can just upgrade the Rods and pistons to help strengten that bottom end. That will limit you to a certain HP, but it'll be good enough to hit your 200HP goal.
