Switching Turbos...
I was wonderign how much hastle would it be if i wanted to change my Super 60 T3 for a smaller GT28?? Cuz i have an auto and it takes for ever to spool up........
u will need a new exhaust manifold, gt28 has different exhaust flange than t3. also, gt28 has internal wastegate. not sure if charge pipes and exhaust downpipe will mate up.
Do u have a turbo kit or did u go custom? Thinking about boosting my auto too.

Get an HKS T25 flange turbo manifold, the GT28 comes with an internal wastegate. To my knowlege, that's all you need, a manifold with a T25 flange. Oh, i dunno if exhaust side flange on the T3 and GT28 are different. It may be, so worst case senario--> new downpipe as well, but i'm sure there's adaptors out there.
