Problem with E-Manage or car problem UPDATED! Help needed once again!
Hey everyone, just wondering what you guys think my current problem may be. I installed a E-Manage with ignition and injector harness, which came off of the Greddy RSX Turbo kit(The e-Manage that's included with the turbo kit).
Day after I installed it, my C.E.L came out and it read code P0132, which is 02 sensor voltage too high. I didn't adjust anything on the e-Manage...do you guys thionk it's a faulty sensor?
It happens once in a while, but not allthe time. The car starts bogging out and won't move, and if it is idling it shakes pretty bad and comes close to turning itself off...I know it's not a motor problem, because I just got the motor?
Could it be a setting on the e-manage? Any insight? Thanks in advance!

Do you have a D17 motor? If so, did you properly select the right jumpers on the Emanage? I'd check that and all of your connections. You could have a loose connection somewhere from the sound of it. And let me know if you have a D17 too. I can look for the settings.

y0!
The emanage doesn't interface with the O2 sensor unless you bought the RPM bypass module....
If you did, it may be hooked up wrong....We need more info to diagnose the problem (ie what motor)...
my car does that also, i have a scantool and i get the o2 sensor circuit voltage high sometimes, the car will hesitate at part throttle and then finally the o2 sensor will work and the car will surge and run ok. doesnt occur at WOT b/c the engine goes into open loop. its kind of a random error, it hasnt happened in a few weeks, but i know that it is the o2 sensor (exhaust gas deposits form on it). check http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com they have the stock o2 sensor for like $37 dollars. see http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...5=EXHAUST+PIPE its definitally part #38, Oxygen sensor , price -> $37 it may take some work to get the old sensor out b/c of rust and corrosion. should fix it! -- Jeremy

Yea, it's a D17A2, so you think a faulty 02 sensor? With the injector correction feature, can I leave it blank? Or do I have to put like 220CC to 220CC?
Shady, how do you know it's the 02 sensor and not the car running rich or something?

How bout you run 0 boost and then shut the fuel adjustments off on the emanage. If it still runs like crap, replace the sensor. If it runs fine, take your car somewhere and get the fuel maps dyno tuned.
why would my car run rich? i have no real mods, and the o2 sensor is what controls the mixture at part throttle, the condition doesnt exist at wot. the failed sensor is making the car run rich (the engine detects a lean condition and dumps more fuel when actually the mix is really rich) o2 sensors suck. -- Jeremy

Well, I went on and ordered the 02 sensor from Honda, because it started getting out of hand. The car was drivable, but not really, lol.
So I need the car, if I disconnect the 02 sensor for a few days until the get the sensor from Honda, will that cause any problems?
My CEL came out, but the car drives fine, can I leave the 02 unplugged?
In this case, where does the ECU base the fuel maps off of?

if you drive w/o the o2 sensor the car will default to the base ecu fuel map, so it'll run funny (probably rich) the only problem is the catalytic converter can get damaged from running rich. good luck getting that o2 sensor off, i suggest using an air tool (impact gun) to bust it loose, other wise the rustyness cause problems (stripped threads, broken threads, broke o2 sensor off). good luck!! -- Jeremy
