I say install it now. No need to wait on internals. Just use the meth/injection. I have ran around for a year on mine no problems. Compression testing was solid when we checked today at Speedfetish.

why dont we have some people who love their kit post in the thread stickied in the top of the forum? We have over 70 civic kits out there, and there are only a few people posting, and its only the people who are upset. I mean we had nothing but happy customers until our GB in Nov. So where are the happy people from april up til that one point?

The only issue i have with this kit is a BOV situation, i emailed you and awaiting a email back. But the kit looks amazing. The fuel system looks balla, the pipes! i couldnt ask for a better powder coat and the FMIC looks great too. I appreciate your help with this Eddie and SF thanks for turning me into a believer again.

Thank you red! We arent out to screw people. I hope you guys see that now. I am sorry for anyone who recieved parts that werent up to par. At least we are fixing them. I will be emailing you back within a few mins.
Eddie, I really cant sell any kits for the Hondas until i have some in stock. If there are people who want to wait a while for a kit, then maybe. But i really dont want to start another situation like what we are just now getting out of.
As soon as i have some kits in stock, you will be the first one i contact with pictures. I already have 2 sets of pipes that dont belong to anyone. Red and Candy Blue. Once i get everyone taken care of, i will build the rest of the kits and give you a call.
Guns....
I shouldnt have even said anything about my dyno. Damnit. How bout this.....
I am racing in an IDRC even in November at LACR. I am thinking of holding a Civic/Celica Meet at our shop then going over to LACR. We have several cars competing in the heads up class. Me and Smaay are going to be competing against eachother. By then i should have the new Intake manifold out for our car, with the Throttlebody spacer for a 76mm RPM Service Throttlebody, a center feed fuel rail, and maybe some other small parts.
So my deal is this... If you post your 250 whp dyno, i will post my daily driving numbers and then post my racing numbers. I am not guarenteeing that my racing numbers will be that high, but at least i can say "yea, i made that much power on the dyno more than once". I race on 11-12 psi, with an Insanely ported head from DH-racing, the most efficient turbo system i have ever made, intake manifold, 76m TB, 3" open exhaust, and a very, very aggressive tune that highly relies on alcohol.

alright. Here is my 5.5 psi dyno up to 5500 RPM. The only mod is my ported head. This is the last dyno done when the clutch went out last time.
This is my daily driving boost setting with a pretty aggressive tune and an open 3" exhaust.

I will post the racing numbers when i go back to the dyno with the new intake manifold (will be finished prototyping soon) and the bigger throttlebody.

on your graph, from 5500-6700 RPM you gained around 40 whp. I should have been a round 220 or so with this if the clutch didnt slip. i dunno. I may be back on the dyno before i do the intake manifold and what not. we will see. But i will post all the "real" numbers that my car makes. Im not going to post any that i only made 1 time. And remember, thats what broke my tranny (well, thats when it started making funny noises. The slicks at the track kinda killed it off).
I like saying the car makes 300+ whp, but i dont want everyone asking if they could do that on a daily driving basis. which is what will happen if i start posting that dyno graph all the time. 300+ whp makes me nervous to make a single pass. that is where the stock B16 starts to strain bad.
