Shop said no 14psi. Too close to lean. Need RSX injectors. Did not want to chance blowing anything this close to selling my project. After one year of daily boosting 8-12psi no problems compression is good and no signs of abnormal wear. Last night I ran around at 14psi not knowing I was close to blowing something. Will not do that again untill I get those RSX injectors or sell the kit to someone who plans to upgrade the injectors.

Updated first post. Sorry about that. I ran 11-12psi w/ methanol.

I do all my own work now. Labor cost $0.00 Thanks to Speedfetish for teaching me.

gosh you need 12lbs just to get my stock whp.. wow that sucks

haha just kidding... awesome numbers man... you might wanna run more then just the rsx injectors bc modding is addicting and i bet you will end up with built internals so do it right the first time

Gosh you need a 6cylinder to get what I got with my 4 to get to my whp..wow that sucks.

I killed my friends G35 w/exhaust and intake. No compition. You have the same engine as a G35 right. Power to weight advantage and I make 250 at the wheels. Add 15-20% and I have what at the fly wheel? Almost 300hp. If I was only rear wheel drive.

Here is a link to me spanking a modded Mustang GT: (not 56k safe)

True about the injectorsd, but with a simple fuel system you would have problems at idle and off boost with 440's.

I have not been back to the track with a camera since that night. BUt yeah my budy with a GSR turbo was killing some cobras and I was killing the Gt's. Fun night. The four bangers owned the 8's that night.

Yup.. BTW my friend was fully built on 18psi. Fun race to watch. The cobra was also modded.

SOHC tubo = Mustang killer
DOHC turbo = Cobra killer

I take that as a no.

I have been spanked by some and have done some spanking. But when I loose I am like damn that is a fast Mustang. But when a Mustang looses they are ready to sell their car.

It was the 8th mile and I was spinning through second gear. No traction. I ran a 9 flat. Not bad. If I could only keep traction and stop the wheel hop.

the G35 only runs mid 14's stock compared to mid 13's for the Z stock... G has less HP and weighs 350lbs more... yea its still the vq35de but detuned and in a bloated car...

but since im about to break the 300whp mark NA nobody has given me a problem...

you gotta remember i know what boost and small displacement is like.. the Si put down 240whp and 210lbs tq. on only 8lbs of boost

just go try to race an actualy modded Z on the highway because that is where we shine all the way to the mid 160's... well on mine atleast because of the new ecu.... the Si stopped dead at 138 thanks to the no 6th gear

yea for a civic your quick and against rustangs which my moms MB could beat.... mod for mod against Z's, Sti's, Evo's and that sort well the better the platform you start out with the better the end result

I do give you alot of credit for doing what you are doing... however it seems my friend Hector (supermex) is the only one here actually doing the internals also.. well he already has them done and he is just waiting on the finished turbo..

now after he has everything tuned up and good to go we will try to get a race set up and that one should be interesting

Speedfetish ehh? I think they are a good group of guys...especially since they let me see some of their badass projects too. Those are some good numbers. I was surprised to see your car is actually making torque. props to you.

I thought in Car and Driver they got the Z to run a low 14. I guess its the driver.

When I took the z to the track the first time i was only getting between 13.8 to 14.3... however after going a couple times I got it from 13.4-13.6 consistantly...

What the mags do is just drive it 3 or 4 times so they don't get a good feel for the car and learn it..

Not worth internals. The spider gears in the trany will blow at high levels of torque. Has already happend to Catalyst. Not worth the build up to get anywhere close to fully built levels. 250whp is great and is all a 7thgen needs to run solid 13's. I have beat alot of 13's cars. I am moving on to my next project. I will then see what 500whp is like on a RWD.

So don't we get a hint on the next project. Hopefully Ill be in the 500whp range once APS decides to finalize there TT kit.

Well all I can say is it is an older version of the G35. I think it is a ninth gen. Dont want to talk too much about it. It is supposed to handle 500whp on stock internals.
