still no kit, i celebrated my 9th month with being a$$ raped out of $3370.00 from Stafford Fabs. this is just a formality but has anyone heard from these guys.....hello......SF are you out there???????????????
I am still waiting for my 100 dollars that they owe me and I could really use it for this christmas... Did everyone that posted with their problems with sf get resolved or am I just getting screwed. please post everyone that had outstanding issues

Rep Power: 0 OK Mike, it has come to this...Why will you not fax me that UPS invoice sheet man!!!!! It is all I am asking for, a simple fax of a piece of paper that you claim to have, that will allow me to get my $500 COD shipping charges back that you refused to pay!!!!
Situation: 8 Months ago I paid for a turbo kit, that was supposed to be ready in a month & shipped to me asap. 5 months later Part of it was shipped, turbo, exhaust mani, intercooler piping, and wiring. I told you I was soon moving back to Canada & I needed the rest. I moved back, the parts never came, I bugged you more, then you finally shipped most of the rest (Intercooler, and fuel pump;I am still waiting for that Alch Injection too), but when it got here UPS wanted a $500 COD fee from me before I caould get it, I call you & you said that was wrong, but my invoice said 'Full turbo Kit, $2800' so they charged $500 import fee. That was wrong, they should have charged mech less, so you said too bad - pay it & I will fax you the correct shipping documents so you can get the $500 back. If I refused to pay, they would have contacted you & then you would have to pay to have it shipped back to you. You refused this as well, so I was forced to pay the $500, which I want back from customs, but I still need that paper!!!!!
What is the problem??? I have been asking you to fax it to me for 3 weeks now, will you just do it before I get totally screwed out of this money that I need to install my kit with!

Rep Power: 0 I offered to make a deal with sf but, of course, no reply. I paid $3370.00 of the kit and i offered for them to keep the $370.00 and send me $3000.00. No reply, No kit, nothing. This is bull$hit. I paid in full, the same day i ordered it, over 9 months ago. I have been told 6 times that the kit is about to be shipped and i still have nothing.

I guess SF will not even assist with the install over the phone if I have probs either.

Rep Power: 0 Ok I've tried on several attempts to work this out with mike s. and keep this between us and off the sites but i see that it's not going to work I ordered my kit on nov 7th 2003 equal length mani, turbo upgrade, alc injection, ems hks bov flange and 3" downpipe ... the issues i've had from the begining the manifold cannot mount upon the turbo, the alc inj is missiong the map valve thing is missing still havent rec'd the ems nor the equal 3" dp but was never refunded the extra $350 i payed for it , bolts on the actual turbo is missing where i can see my finger through the other side .... i contacted them over 2 almost 3 months ago and told them i want my money back they told me to sell the kit i said i'm not being held responsible for a questionable kit and i told them i dont care if they take the kit back themselves fixed the missing items and resell it and return my money after it was sold i just want my money back they(mike Stafford) agreed and i told them they have until christmas to sell it they agreed... now, conviently mike S. won't answer the phones or email me .... like i told mike s. i do not want to take them to small claims court because i dont have the time my job is very demanding and i live in NJ ... but if i have to i will and i will be requesting a settlement well above the cost of my kit .... and this kit has cost me $3,700 ... i am done ...with mike s. do not contact me until the kit is sold you have the money ... you have untill january 1 2005 ..dont be mad either that it came to this just like the incident with the BBB ..you have my number if you forgot My name is Kevin Koonhow
i don't think they will be getting their vendor membership reinstated after all this. they told me that everything was good with everyone just b4 i posted this. guess not.

i am still waiting for my RFL bov and charge pipe. Catalyst told me that they are still waiting on them to come in. He told me that 6 months ago too.

Does anyone have SF's address. I ordered a turbo kit on October 26th of 2004 ( I know I fu***ed up) . They don't pick up the phone or call me back and their website as been down for two weeks. I want to cancel my order because I need the money for something else and now I can't even get in contact with them. I am not loosing $2,000. I've filled a complaint with the better business bureu three days ago, hopefully they will help. I know i shouldn't of ordered from them but when I called they promised me that business is going better then it was before (you know shipping issues and etc). Have any of you guys gotten anywhere with the better business bureu.

Rep Power: 0 i complained to the bbb and they sent me a letter saying that "due to the lack of cooperation from stafford fabrication we are unable to help in this matter."......exact words!!!!!!!!!i also filed a complaint with the ifccfbi.gov, have not heard anything. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the distric attorney's offic for that county and i am going to file a report with the lancaster police department. i have waited too long and have tried to handle this but they refuse to sent me even a partial kit.i have recieved nothing from them and it has been 9 and a half months.

Rep Power: 0 i also filed with BBB and i got the same response jkarge got SF ignored the letters from BBB so they cannot continue in helping us with the matter ... the only way u guys are going to get your money back at this point is a law suit i've been down this road with sf and their lies its all to buy time

Rep Power: 0 pedro the only way you will get your money back is small claims court which means if you go that route you' like myself will have to fly to the west coast to go through with it because it can only be filed in the county the business operates in.
