Violation of Interstate Commerce and Internet fraud do not fall under my authority to conduct an investigation. I wish I could. Hell I would be on the next flight to Vegas and arrest him myself if I could. In time it will all be played out. For now Madwheel is buisy collecting info to build our case.

If you live in near Henderson, NV just drop by Josh's apartment and ask him:
1350 W HORIZON RIDGE PKWY APt#2022, HENDERSON, NV 89012

I found it odd at first that they were being so secret about everything. All the stuff I got had no return address. Not once on here did they mention anything about a shop, even though we were once on good terms. Do you think there really is no shop, and they're just operating from their garage? You can get a business license for anything these days.

Also about that address with the S2000 in front of it. Can someone find out when it was put up for sale? Guns remember when I sent my cyl head back to that address and told you it was signed for by HICKMAN a week after shipment. So obviously Dave had to of been there to sign at one point. Either they just sold the house after recently getting it at the beginning of the year, or they're still living in it. Maybe their friend owns the title as a coverup. Josh could be making up all this stuff to scare you guys, when in fact he's a little kid hiding in the basement

Another longshot, but someone should try and get ahold of catalyst to see what he knows. SF has been close to DH back in the days. Now after what happened to Prod and the motor, they no longer vouch for DH. I'm sure they'd be willing to tell what they know. Another problem--this DH company could be fly-by-night. When something happens, they just "move" somewhere else and stay hidden.

Josh was born in 1983. So yeah he is still just a kid. Dave Hickman is my age. DH-racing is a private company which is what he posted on his website. I think we all made mistakes DH and us. It is just messed up that we are the ones being taken for a ride. Dont worry too much. In the end it will all be played out and we will see what is going on. For now just get the info you have on who bought the magic pulley and anything else from DH that turned out to be a scam to Madwheel.

Last Time i was in CA i took a trip to Lancaster and Saw DH and when I checked out mapquest and i ended up at Daves moms house. I called Josh and he said that all the UPS orders go to that house and then they pick them up later on. SO i think they could have it all sent to there and then forwarded to there new address.

couple things to consider:

- Josh may have just said that their shop is located in another state because he doesn't want us looking in Nevada
- Josh may have just put 1983 as a false year. I don't think a 20 year is would run a race shop ... he also mentioned

"TitleXJosh (12:41:46 AM): They all got hooked up
TitleXJosh (12:41:48 AM): **** those kids"

Kids? ... a lot of us are older than him

- I do know of a David Hickman who lives in Placentia, CA ... but that could just a coincidence

They ripped me off for a pulley that doesn't even fit my car ... not to mention just about ALL of our "pullies" needed a spacer ... so it probably wasn't really made for any of our cars

A couple months ago when I was trying to get things straightened out with Josh on my head p and p he was gone for the weekend he said b/c he "went away for a friends 21 b-day...." I don't honestly think from dealing with him that he is more than 21 at the most- he never fixed my situation and ended up threatening me so shows his maturity- not to know 21 year olds, just him....

You know I am about as tired of this as you guys are of waiting. We are not scamming anyone out of parts, we are simply a company that got behind because we took on too much at one time. I got Guns his custom manifold, and now when Dave arrives home tomorrow I will have the block right out to him as soon as possible. The stock ported will go right out being I am going to make Dave focus solely on D17 stuff till it is complete. Another guy just ordered a D17 non-vtec head and that will go right out and will someone please send me FutureRSX's email I have been trying to send his head but have no address. Look guys. I have another email DHRACINGSHIPPING@HOTMAIL.COM if you have beef with us I want to hear it. Im tired of this crap, Im tired of us being looked at like this when I know we do good work so I want to hear what your problem is and I will see about fixing it. Take it for what it's worth and I know everyone is saying ya ya ya, but believe me look at mootlif, I did a custom CNC port for him being he waited so long, and Guns man you are getting a $2000 set of internals all custom spec forged rods, and forged custom spec pistons becuase you waited. The two D17 turbo motors we built we actually are taking a $500 loss on each from. We also did a D17 all motor setup for Josh Erkson I dont know if he is on here but we did a killer CNC port for him and Im sure you all could ask him and he would tell you he is happy with his products. Im not worried about law suits because you all will have your parts before anything takes place, I just want to make everyone peaceful and if you want us out of your hair so be it, but Im still getting you the parts I know you will be happy with. Remember there is my email if you have beef drop me a line, and I will take care of it.

Well I do have one thing to say. Whoever took pictures of my house broke many laws. This is why realtors have licenses because they cant just be at liberty to photograph someones house. That is 1. Invasion of Privacy and 2. You broke a federal law broadcasting Dave's S2000's license plate. I do have attorneys who advised me of this. I am not using them in any of these situations because I dont feel anyone on this forum is wrong in any way.

MELISSA.....Come on now. We worked out my mouth, yes I am young and temper gets out of hand, but I offered to hook you up. How about you email me allmtrhonda@hotmail.com and we can work something out. Send the head back and let us do a CNC port job on it? Something along those lines? We have $12k in new machinery as you can see in "Mootlif's" Square Port head. Let me know Everyone.

You know I am pretty much done selling to D17's just because we know what has happened, but I want to make everyone happy best I can so send your issues my way.

CZech - You dont want the pulley? Let me know. If you have it un-installed I will ask Dave about a refund. He has been a lot different being we just want this to be solved and not go through some huge ordeal. I dont feel any threat legally I just am tired of Dh-Racing being looked at how it is when I know we have quality work.

I still have my pulley and spacer collecting dust on my desk. Any chance for a refund?

Also, I'm happy with the NA port work you did. Everything looked good, although ports were a bit big. Still I felt gains without even tuning it yet. I'm not gonna lie and say it sucks, because it doesn't, even though the gains were less than expected. Still the work is good.

One problem I'm having is a rough idle where the car would shake back and forth when in gear. It goes away if I rev the engine. Any ideas why? Thanks. The ported head is my only mod right now, along with a port-matched header.

I would like pictures verifying your claims about it not having the right belt. If it has one extra groove on the pulley that doesn't matter. It is made standard and others can use it on other setups. Will not effect performance and I wont take that as reason for a refund. The pulley has already been proven and people have installed it even without the spacer. Another guy Mark Jensen just put it on and had no issue. "CrackHead" sent him the pulley and can verify it all went just fine. I think most of this stuff is just the fact that someone had problems due to lack of experience and scared others into not doing it or you just are upset with us here at DH and don't want to run it out of spite. Who knows...

Honestly about the head I see it being lack of tuning. If you want to send the head back and have us redo the surfacing and do a better valve job and give you all the goodies then so be it. Might even do a CNC port for you. I want people happy, come on guys cant you see we are doing all we can to offer to everyone even this guy here who says he is happy to make it even better. Not many companies will do this but the ones who stick around are the ones who show customer service. I realize we screwed up BIG TIME but this is time to make up for it. I am getting all these manifolds out, and the motors will be done. Is Josh Erkson on this forum? The all motor setup. Well if he is then he can post pics of his CNC Port. Any other complaints let me know. Really if you all could believe us we don't want you all to think of us this way which is why I went out on a limb to try and please you guys. I will try and find buyers for the Dual Pulleys being I need some so might be able to get you both refunds on those. Thanks again

Also I am thinking about just upgrading the two D17 manifolds that are stock ported to custom ones for the wait you guys have gone through. This way I can just pump it out, and they have a bit better quality then the last one you have seen.
