What kinda turbo should i buy for my 01 LX for a home made turbo kit? Please all suggestion and comments are welcome. Thanks!!

all depends on what you want to do. A T25 will provide faster spool up and is able to handle well over 300hp. Most ppl are using a T3 and some are using a T3/T4. I wouldn't used a hybrid unless you are gonna go for a higer hp motor. Also depends on the exhaust manifold u will be using.....for example, a HKS will only fit a T25 flange.....you can go with another manifold or get one custom made.

im gonna use a t3 super 60 for my custom kit. it should spool up hopefully around 3k-3.5k RPM and provide good boost. im shootin for 200ish WHP with this turbo

with my HKS manifold and my soon to be new T25 Turbo im hoping for over 200whp at 10 or 11psi.... Yes i have alcohol Injection...

Around 200 WHP is my goal. i just wanna be able to beat like v6 mustangs and cameros and cavalers z28's and stuff

You think the t25 will be strong enough to put out those numbers. I know it can, but wont it be running our of breath around that margin of 200whp? This is what ive heard. What kinda power where you making on you're old t25?
