DAMn...seems like a used/new SF kit
welds look so amatuer too. I thought the were pro. I'd be a little heated...sorry I WOULD be heated about the bent Shyat. Too mcuh money and a wait to have stuff come like this. At least you got it. I didn't see anything missing...checking again

looks like it is all there...but dude, if i were you, i would send it back.....you kit is in much better shape then mine was in...you are lucky.....man, in all actuality, build you a custom kit...basically mine is based around the maxrev manifold and downpipe, with a t3t04e turbo....first off theirs is all stainless, and the welds are really nice...much better than sf...the rest, you can do yourself for sooooo much cheaper....let me know if you have any more ?s that i can help you with

here, you can compare it with mine:

you have all the parts i'm missing and then some. the only thing I dont see are the intercooler mounting rods.
btw, in my pic, anyone know what that thing under the air filter is for? looks like some kind of oil cooler/tranny cooler thing..

in all honesty send that manifold back
I can almost promise you that it will break. It looks like someone tried to stitch weld it. You have to understand how hot these manifolds get, and the heat won't be helping the already crappy welds. That is just unacceptable. For the price you pay you deserve QUALITY work. I have seen begineers that are just learning to weld, and the welds in looking at on your manifold looks ALOT like the welds of someone thats just begining, there is no way that was done by an experienced welder.

good god!!! You paid for that....
there was a thread somewhere about the quality of their kits, not being so great, you could just spend more money and replace those shitty a$$ wled with a whole new maifold if what you wan tis to keep the turbo... but daym i dont even weld and I can probably do a better job than that..
goodluck with getting your money back!

Yeah mex, it looks like it could be a oil cooler.
The tubes on the header should be one piece only, not welding bends in 3 different spots. The piping should have been ground in an angle and then welded, they didn't even have the temp high enough. Bubble gum welds, it's just on the surface. the object of welding is melting the metal and not just filling it in,,,,It might be hard sending it back, you will probably not get your money back, looking at the work they do it makes me wonder how shady they really are. document everything, pics, whatever before sending it back, just incase you need a lawyer.

man that manifold is a mess!
Just a warning, your intercooler might whistle being bent like that. My friend had a bent intercooler and it whistled, which was very annoying to say the least.
The whistle goes WOO WHOOO!

i thought this was a usefull thread so i posted it up on the spyder chat forum so they can see first hand. I really would hate for this to happen to another group of people. they seem to find it pretty informative.
