boosta: yah so i can prolly boost a little bit more DX POWAH! hahaha. I cant wait till you'rs is done....mine wont be till next summer

Abmerop: that sounds pretty good. Doesnt seem to expensive, but ive never seen how much they go for. Its cheaper than buying a brand new one, and you get custom! Just make sure the welds/design is nice!

ya, i was talkin to HTOWNBOY and he said he made his own manifold out of stainless steel and he can make me an identical one. only thing is it is not really equal length, but its not really log style either. he said he could make it for an internal wastegate too.

check it out:

how much to make it?would work better than the HKS cause the tubular allows more flow but it's not long enough to crack so quickly. looks buyable to me.

^hmm that could be nice. One thing id be cautious of is quality, cuz u never know what it looks like untill you get it. Also you should find out how thick the walls are, and how big the ports are, stuff like that. I dont really know what is better than something else, but its always good to know everything about something before buying it! Lemme know how it works out tho if you decide to do it!

I bought mine in a group buy on a different site.
130 shipped-- (2) U bends, (2) 90 degree, (2) 45 degree, (12) clamps, (6) couplers.

this was my original set up but i changed it up some. Ended up using the intake for the top charge pipes and now im in the process or redoing the pipes cause of a new intercooler and no AC compressor

^looks nice....i like ur intercooler too...where did you get it? Looks like a tube and fine about 25X6X2.5/3 Looks nice and long!
Abmerop: good call...just make sure you do all you're homework! Its worth it in the end.
Boosta: im pretty sure everyone needs one, cuz ur car will pretty much die out if it senses boost.(plz someone correct me if im wrong). I think small ammounts of psi can be accepted, but not anything worthy.

Well with the theory i have read and seem to be true is that te map senosr doesn't see boost until like 7 lbs. and then the fuel cut off cuts in.
that's with the hack(AFC and larger injectors)
if you using a FMU that's when the map picks up boost quick because there no piggyback fuel system to tell the ECU otherwise
To each it's own..everyone have different setups...this is just my personal expericence.

and that's a Johnnyracer intercooler
