T25 Vs T3
Allright guys, I already feel like an idiot so please dont tell me to search, because in the past week I have ready almost every possible thing there is to read on the Turbo Discounters T25BB and the SF T3, and by the sounds of it everyone wants the SF T3, but cant get it, or cant get the right parts. But anyways, I need some help. Im obviously not to smart to still not know after reading everything, but can someone give me a quick and easy explanation? The difference between the T25bb and T3, i have a general idea, the T25 is going to spool up faster causing little to no lag, but the power dies off quickly, and the T3 is going to have some lag but will pull hard at higher RPM's....is that correct?? So to my knowledge as of right now, if i get the t25 of the line i will be fast, but after say 60, 70, 80 mph??? I wont have anymore pull??? whereas the t3 wont be much off the line, but will have good pull even at 60 70 80 mph?? Am i taking this correctly? Or am i dumb, and have it all wrong? Someone please help!! Where I live top speed isnt an issue, I dont really care about having my car pull at 100 mph. I want my car to be quick, and have an awesome 1/4mile time, because chances are im not going to be racing over 100 mph... what should i do?

t25 spools faster then the t28.....
The t28 is a hybrid turbo. It all depends on what you want. There's the Big T28, Super 28, and then THE T28.
My friend just purchased one for his 97 Talon TSI. It's a T25 housing with a bigger compressor thus spooling maybe about 200-300 rpm after the stock t25.
