Texas Rice is an unknown quantity at this point
HAsport doesn't even have the mounts out for the k24 because I am looking into this swap too. Thye are correcting the mounts to clear with a JR supercharger on it although you still have to cut the hood for power steering.

i don't think the JR supercharger will fit in a civic with a k20 in it. The pulley seems like it would hit the headlight.

K24 Block+K20A2 head, ECU, & Tranny+JRSC=Already done. Hhahaahaah

Yes it had been done. It was swapped into a EP3. There was plenty of room for it. And from what I have seen and heard, you more room under the hood of a EM2 than an EP3.

Hasport is still working on the mounts for the K24 motor. The only thing I would be worried about is the K24 block being able to hold all that power at high RPMs. I have seen that the K24 with a K20A2 head starts dropping power off at 7300 RPMs. So it is pointless to take it to 8K. But with the added boost, it just might be too much for a Stock K24 Block.

You make a very good point. I also wonder about it.

Heres a pic of Hawk's engine bay(if you dont' mind me using this)

Heres a pic of a EP3 with the JRSC

Hawk has a K20A2 And the SI still has th K20A3 in it. That shouldn't make much of a difference. But you will be cutting it close. I think that you should clear it though.

I agree with the headlight removal. But isnt the k24+k20 head= taller. The si engine bay is tall than the em2 engine bay. I think it is. Skunk2's drag rsx has that, muinus the supercharger.

Well Hasport is releasing the mount kit to make the K24 motor sit lower in the engine bay to clear the hood.

Ok, so maybe the JRSC won't fit...

What about a turbo with the K24/K20 setup?

Do you know what happens when you put 300HP in FWD car, it understeers like a FREAKING ****, so, I'm guessing your not into "perfomance driving" are more about "straight line power"?
