supercharger questions
ok i know that they dont have a supercharger kit out for our cars yet, i emailed jackson racing and they havent emailed back yet but. first i have a couple of questions, if anyone does ever come out with a supercharger for our cars, one is there any thing else you have to put on the car like do you have add a high flow fuel pump, or different spark plugs, or anything that you guys know of. or do you just directly bolt on and everythings good. and also i was thinking what if everybody that wanted a supercharger just kept emailing jackson racing over and over again and see if we could bug them until they like OK FINE WELL DO IT! you know it may work.
thanks for the help guys

would u like some WHINE with that car
in my personal opinion i give more props to people who have turbos, i think S/C are more of a bolt on IMO(flame all u want i dont give a rats a$$), the only things in my car that bolted on/in were the manifold and the engine fit in the bay, so for people with turbos that have to make them work, i see time and effort and they get an A+ for that

dude stop waiting, its been 3+ years since our cars came out, honda has redone the exterior since the first seventh gen, and look at how long the g35 and 350 have been out, less time then 7thgen, and they have TT and SC for them, so dont count on it, im sure that someone like procharger will custom make them for you, but be prepared to dish out the cash.....more than for a turbo

i know i just say that cause this summer i am gettin my air ride suspension, next summer is supercharger if they have it or turbo if they dont. i dont really care which, both make me sploog in my pants. LOL
yeah i figure that and i understand C2i0v0i1C is saying i just dont know enough about turbos to work on them if something goes wrong and i am not gonna take it to somebody all the time. and i think a supercharger is just something that you dont have to deal w/ that much, also do you have to change out your fuel pump and injectors and stuff if you go supercharger.
not a problem, I am almost thinkin about having my buddies shop custom fab one up for me. but well see. i dont car about $$$, if i could be the first or only super charged 7thgen LX, that'd be TYTE!!!

i wanna say YES, either with a turbo or a supercharger you are forcing more air into the motor, that requires more fuel, so you need upgrades in order to even out the air fuel ratio. you dont wanna run lean.
so if they do eventually make one for our cars you will have to upgrade that how do you change out the fuel pump do you have to drop the tank or can you do it from that metal plate under the back seat. and what all do you have to upgrade
If Jackson made one for the 5th gens sohc, then why wouldnt they eventually make one for our 7th gens??? I would think its probably just a matter of time, but it could be a long while before it happens unfortunately.
