a few more questions about "the swap"

Yes, I've searched, but never found....

I plan on doing the swap soon, and I got some questions I haven't found answers for....

1. I have an automatic, would I have to change out my cluster with one for a manual?

2. What about my cat-back exhaust? Would I have to get rid of it, or can I just kinda do some custom work to it so I can save some money? If I do this, would I be losing power or not?

3. Where are some good shops in the southeastern area that can do the swap for me? I'm looking fo a place with experience in this particular swap, and do a good job.
