There is a lot of misconception out there on the web about the "super 60," specifically that garrett makes one. They do not - Turbonetics (as you have stated) does.

A garrett turbo can be modified to make it a super 60, but a lot of companies and people get a straight 60 trim and the super 60 confused.

Here is a place which sells what might be a super 60, I'm not 100% sure, so you would have to call and find out. Its a good place, lots of HT members buy there:

what is the differance between a 60 trim and a super 60 as far as performance, because im trying to do my boost on a budget. but the turbine being the most crutial part i wouldn't mind putting out the extra for the better one. And does anyone have any feedback on a pwr intercooler? haven't heard much about them, i think majority of members boostin are running spearco's correct? thank for the help

I dont understand why everyone wants a big *** turbo for their civic. All your doing is increasing your lag if your not building a high HP engine. A Garrett GT25BB supports 325+ HP (according to Garrett) and spools almost instantly. That should be enough for what most of us are trying to build.

Hmm I thought the 60 series compressor wheels were for max power aplications where lag isnt an issue. I could be wrong

Project2k2 is on a distinguished road
From what I've researched, the super 60 is for quick response along with high horsepower applications. It's kind of like "the ultimate street turbo".

I've been searching around for a while now to find which turbo size will get me to 300hp max and quick response. from what i've learned im gonna need a T3 or T3/T4. but maybe someone out there with a little more technical knowledge can help me choose a trim size and A/R turbine size?
