Talking D.I.Y. making your BOV whistle

I remember that a while back there was a post where someone asked if there was a way to make there BOV whistle like a Greddy type S. While tinkering with w/ my BOV over the weekend I added 3 small 3/16" holes to the body of bov in an attempt to make it flow more air when the diapram openned. Although this worked I also noticed that when shifting under low boost conditions it made a faint whistle. I thought about this interesting side effect for a moment and then exagerated it by countersinking the holes. Countersinking them kinda knife edges the holes wich produces a more noticable whistling sound. So now not only does my BOV work better but it awesome too. If theres enough intrest Ill try to explain this in more detail.

that sounds cool. I have a question now for all sf boosters how loud is the bov that comes with the kit? There is a modded wrx near odu that you can hear the bov from like a block away.
