Legal Documents for a motor?

I recently bought a k20 for my civic and i was wondering what documents i need to make it legit. The person i bought it from is totally legit and is willing to give me anything i need. Let me know what i will need to get from him. Thanks

If I am not mistaken you should get an engine title and also I reciet. I know on our boat we have a title for the boat and a seperate one for the motor...but I could be wrong (as per usual..lol)
