Still waiting for my MBC, Alcohol system, and decals. Bought the kit in September. Should have had these things over a month ago. They said it was shipped about 3 and half weeks ago but I never got it. He said he'd check to see if it was sent back to him then he'd email me back. No email. I saw catalyst on AIM, he said he'd email me the day after, never got an email. I left another message on Mike's phone about 2-3 days ago and still haven't heard from them. I just want my parts.
I too am waiting on service for my car ...
I had sf install a turbo on my ex ... first time, the turbo had lots of white smoke and it didn't boost much ...
2nd time I went, they replaced the turbo ... broke my primary o2 sensor, broke off a screw and it is -still- stuck in my downpipe (impossible to get out without drilling or welding) so now I have an exhaust leak, turbo -still- isn't boosting (disconnected the vacuum line from the actuator ... SHOULD make like 15 psi no problem, but STILL only made 3-4 psi when I floored it in 1st, 2nd, 3rd many times ...)
now if I drive 2 hours to Lancaster again to get everything fixed, it'll be my 4th time driving there ... that's a lot of gas and a lot of miles? ... however, to the ppl at sf ... I AM willing to drive up there again to get EVERYTHING fixed and running in PROPER order ... SO CATALYST PM ME BACK PLZ

yea they've been really busy or something.. ive been waiting a month for my Methanol Kit...
should have been here WEEKS ago also...
I talked to Mike B. (Cata) and he was saying something like they're
database is all ****ed up and he was working on it last week to fix the problem....
just be patient guys....
SF isnt screwin us around... they're just tryin to get organized with all the business.. ya know..

Rep Power: 325 Yeah Catalyst told me last week he was making an electornic database to get everything organized. But that's the last I've heard from him.

Rep Power: 311 Ok guys, i havent been around the past week because i am in college full time and work full time. And this is finals week. I had some finals last week too, so this was a very hectic 2 weeks.
As for the GB people, we will be shipping out kits friday of this week, monday, tuesday, and wednesday of next week.
18sec... Your kit will be done with the rest of them, i just need that flange b4 i can powdercoat the pipes again. btw... pm me with the colors you want.

i just sent them 2grand as a deposit.
i know it takes 4-6 weeks so i wont get impatient till then...

I dont know if your situation will be different from mine, but i was told 6-8 weeks for my kit
and i am now going on 5 months!
Granted, I know that they have been very busy with all
their orders and other work that they do. Still, it is very disappointing to me that i dont
have my goods yet.

Fuchs... im looking at a box, its filled with white pipes, a header, nice turbo, downpipe, and will soon have a fuel system and a fedex tag.
