you might want like 8.5:1 forged pistons, and i hear civic rods tend to snap easy so you wanna upgrade those too, if your looking for 12+psi your main concern would be fuel...

talk to dhracingjosh
He is the guy to talk to for engines. He can build you an engine to run 9's, and you wont have to worry about breaking it.
Dave Hickman builds all of the engines himself, so with DHracing you dont have to worry about lack of quality.

Catalyst, Have you guys finished with the different stage turbo kits? I want to get your kit and be able to run 12 psi daily. But would it be ok to get the base kit and some pistons? Whats the most you can run with your fuel system?

I went mid 13's on 9 psi. futureRSXswap ran 13.7 on 10 psi. I am considered a good driver, so is futureswap. Most people wont be able to run consistent times like that. But it can be done. Most people will need more boost than that to get 13's.

I completely agree with you. I am a good driver. Street driving that is. I've good with curves and stuff. But thats why I need to get some more time in at the drag strip. LOL. I'm hoping to get to go to Midway here in Ohio and race around the track some before to long.
