The turbo kit already passed smog (on the EX), it just wont pass the visual. But that looks promising, and will most likely become smog legal for the EX's

They're painted on.

And the "AEM Civic" is a H22a powered, tube framed, fiberglass bodied race car. It shares nothing with a production 7thgen.

Dont worry about my whp. With the setup dave has planned, 500 is nothing.

EDIT: Well, i cant say 500 whp is nothing. But it is more than possible. Dave builds single cam engines to handle 700 whp, so that is a possibility.
He he he...you and I should exchange battle plans...We might be each others worst nightmare come next spring

Yea. Our fuel system lets us do that with the stock ones. You just cant make much more power than that without using an emanage or safc.

Pharoh, what do you have planned?

Cat, you have got to have an insane amount of pressure on your fuel rail....240 stock injectors and you are putting down what? 260 whp?
Doesn't sound like that can last very long...

Why wouldnt it last long? If you go above 170 psi, the injectors may lock up, but i am nowhere near that amount of pressure. Also i am jetting my alcohol accordingly. My fuel system is only providing my fuel up until a certain boost level, then i suppliment my fuel with alcohol. Thus giving me the perfect a/f ratio, and about 113 octane fuel at high boost.

pman.... not a silvia. Its not even an import. It is 358 ci of 10.6:1 compression, nitrous loving V8 power. In an all fiberglass car.

Your gonna drift with Domestic ****? What the f**k is wrong with you?

Hahahaha just kidding.

Well your doing Chevy cause your getting what a 383 Crate Motor? Something like that don't remember. Hmmmm fiber glass body, so it's probably just a restoration body. So building it from the groud up maybe?

Oh yea i was gonna say a Datsun 240Z, but thats an import so I'm stumped.

You're right about the Corvette. And he's not using only the stock injectors, the alcohol injection gives it the extra fuel it needs.

cat, can you upgrade your fuel system to be able to run more boost? The way I'm going there is definetly a future with as much boost as I want (within reason)........
Why not go return fuel system?
I'm using a walbro 255lph pump, and a cartech fully adjustable fmu....all I have to do is add bigger injectors, some kind of piggyback or new ecu.....and boost all day long..

Is the same kind of future available in your situation?

I am sticking with our fuel system. All i have to do to run more boost is get an emanage and some injectors. Then im set for whatever boost level i want.
