ok ive been considering nitrous for many reasons. the main reason being cost, and potentially lower maintenance becuase i will probably rarely use it becuase i only goto the trrack once in awhile. also i just wanted to see if anyone has experience any major headaches after using it for awhile, say like a few times a week.

so:
what kit do you have?
manual or auto?
how long have you had it installed?
how often do you use it?
any signs of wear or abnormalty of engine?
maintence that you have done on your car becuase of nitrous?
mods you have?
numbers if any?
1/4 times if any?

thanks
Mike

do u think its necessary to get a tranny cooler for a 55+ shot? ive seen some at www.jegs.com but i dont know which is good. ive also read on www.honda-tech.com that cooling the tranny too much is also just as bad as it over heating. from what im reading optimal temp is like 175F.

im also worried about spraying at full throttle during shifts. i heard that u can get a window switch so that it only sprays wen armed and at full throttle between desired RPM's. does the zex kit have anything like that? whats involved in setting something like that up.

No no no!!! you dont retard timing like that. That retards valve timing, but what you need to do is retard the ignition timing. And right now, i have yet to find a way to do that.
