I have been searching for an answer to this for a couple days now with no luck. I am currently in the process of swapping a K20a2 into my '02. Following the Xproductionz guide and others everyone says you either need K-pro or have to have the ECU reflashed in order to get the immobilizer to take my key. I bought an '03 RSX type-s to use as a donor car so my question is:
Can I take the immobilizer and ignition switch from the RSX and swap it with the one in my EM2 and then use the key from the RSX? Or is there some other way around the immobilizer so I don't have to spend a boat load on K-pro or a reflash?

Reflash is cheep, mine was $120 when I swapped to manual.
The key itself is coded to your OEM D17 ECU.
So when you use the RSX ECU you will need to go to Honda and get them to recode your key.
(unless you have the rsx door locks, ignition, key and ecu).

$120 isn't too bad of a price I'm just not real excited about finishing the swap here in the next week or two and then having to tow it to Acura/Honda before I know if it starts. I will need to go to Acura to reflash since it's an Acura ECU correct?
