wait, xproductionz since when can we CAN"T use the rsx-s subframe?
just read a thread on k20a.org that we can only use the ep3 or base rsx subframe. What is the diff. with the type S one?

if thats the case then someone better tell my car that it cant be using the type-s subframe and it needs to change it.. lol..
i think what they might be referring to is the axles.. you can only use the axles from a base rsx or ep3... subframe can be from a ep3, rsx, or rsx-s

the harness you need is that engine k20 harness from either an rsx or ep3. you can do one of 3 things
have hasport supply the harness and do the conversion
supply the harness and send it to harness to do the conversion
or do it your self...
pick one

When i had my harnass converted by hasport, they said that we would need to send in our core rsx engine/charge harnass for them to do the conversion.
So I don't think they supply the actual harnass for us for extra, but i could be wrong. Their website even states they will need our cores to build it. I just received mine like 2 weeks ago.
sspem2, oh if you're planning to do the swap soon, just keep into consideration that they will take roughly 3 weeks to get the harnass back to you.

They can supply the harness based on availability for an extra charge. That was what they used to tell me a year ago so things can change from then to now.
Its like hondata. They tell you to suply the ecu to put the kpro in there but at the same time if you dont have one they can supply one for an extra charge based on availability
See back then i was the very first few ones to do the swap. I was the 4th person to buy the mounts that were made for the 7th gen civics. Turn around time for harnesses back then was if you sent it out on monday you would get it back by friday. Now it takes a bit longer. Thats why there are a few people on this site that wire up there own harness

either you got they gave you the wrong subframe or you got it backwards...
or you got a bent subframe.. i say that because its highly unusual for just one hole to be off considering there are 4 holes.... if one is off then that means the at least one more should be off.. think about it.. if you match up the holes to the left.. that means the right ones would be off.. and vice versa... so to have one hole off has me to believe that one corner of the subframe was bent somehow...

Seems like they removed your k20/k24 swap website. Is there anyway you can repost it? Im sure there are others who benefited from that web page like i did. thanks~

Cool, its back up again.
Now that it is...Let me ask you something. That relay you talk about, after you have finished wiring it. Where does it go? Back into its original location in the fuse box, or somewhere else? Sounds like a dumb question to you but im just a honda noob
your help is appreciated!!!!

Im having problems with the wiring part of the swap. Do you know how to wire the secondary 02 sensor/sensor heater relay? Also, where is the coolant sensor on the d17a2? For some reason i cant open up your civic manual. @@
So i dont know where **** is at. Thanks for the help, im dying here!
