I originally posted this on Craigslist, but I there are some things that I need to get fixed first but I just don't have time for since I work 7 days/week. The muffler is hanging off and needs to be welded on plus the a/c is currently not working. If you're not interested in buying the car, please let me know if you think my price is reasonable. I will sell the car for $6500 if anyone is willing to take the cost for the repairs of the problems I mentioned above. Thanks and here's the post.

I am selling my 2001 Honda Civic LX. It has 78,000 miles on it. The car has been well taken care of. I only made exterior modifications just to make the car stand-out from the rest of the Civics out there (and there's plenty of them out there). The car does have some dents from parking in parking garages downtown. Kelly Blue Book prices the car at $6,600 in fair condition and $7,400 in good condition. I am pricing at "good condition" because the tires are great and there is no rusting. The dents are quite noticeable, but all the extra parts (not to mention installation) more than makes up for it.

i think the price is some what reasonable, but with the A/C not working, that may discourage a lot of people from purchasing the car.

i think you should part out the rims. you could make some money on those, they're nice.

oh, yeah, i forgot to mention that. anyone interested in the rims, i will consider offers for cash or even trade + cash. these are pretty expensive rims and the tires are no more than a year old. thanks for the reply.
