what is this? How does it work? What the package number on the box

the engine block warmer installs at the back on the motor. you take out the coolant drain plug at the back of the motor and replace the plug with the heater plug. the heater plug attaches to a harness with a socket to plug into an outlet. with the socket plugged into an outlet, it warms the coolant jackets inside the motor, so your engine stays warm. with this, your car will have instant heat in the mornings.

this will fit the D17 for sure. i brought this from the dealer a while back and never used it. everything needed is included in the package. retails for at least $70
