New to IL
Hey all I just moved to IL. I am in the Northwestern part of the state. Up by WI and IA. Just wanted to introduce myself and say what's up. I got an 02 EX sedan. White with tinted windows on some tien tech s's Not much done to it yet. trying to find some decent shops to go to, to purchase the stuff. Have no problem driving to Chicago, also is there going to be another cruises coming up?

Rep Power: 255 welcome! factory 5 just had a bbq today...probably one of the last get togethers this year seeing as the season is winding down...
majority of the shops are in the NW burbs of chicago but there are a select good few others...
just keep checking back here for meets/bbqs and other events

Here they are. I just did the cluster on Friday. It is actually brighter now. Had to fix a couple of things and the odometer is red now too. Like I said I haven't done much too it.

Rep Power: 0 Hey is there a place where people usually hang out at on the weekends out there. I am gonna be out there next Sat. Have to go to Ohare to pick up the wife. But have time to kill before she gets there. It would be nice to find a place where alot of you guys hang out during the day on Sat/Sun.

yes u can go to streets of woodfield (its in schumbarg)....i think thats the good place to kill some time, but at night only... daytime i really dont know where.......

Rep Power: 0 I don't really go for the streets. I have a hard enough time driving home from work with my windows tinted. Thank's for having an AZ drivers Liscence that let's me keep my tint. I have gotten out of an Exhaust, and Tint ticket because of it. Legal Resident of AZ. They can't say **** to me about my car. I might stop by factory 5 on Sat to see what they got. I am out there anyway to pick up my wife from O'hare.

Rep Power: 0 I was told suja1 for my a/t to m/t swap. I called them today and not bad pricing. Any of them close to the freeway coming from rockford to Chicago. Can't remember which one it is. And too damn lazy to get a map. Well I got my lights today so my dash is complete.

Rep Power: 0 Where is Crystal lake? I have only been out there like 2 or 3 times. Been to Great Lakes area a couple of times and drove around and got lost. How long ago was it. I was out there cruising around about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Rep Power: 0 Might of been me. Not sure of the area's out there. I was driving back from the Navy Base up in Great Lakes and decided to take the roads instead of the highway. So where I ended up I am not sure. Was it during the day?

Rep Power: 0 I'm kinda new to all the Honda happenings around here, but I've been to some Focus events (Focus in the Field) with my cousin and they were pretty cool... Just a bunch of people getting together to have a fun time, eat, drink, camp out... but it was in Indiana. I was just wondering if there was anything of the sort with us Honda owners but in Illinois here. To me it seems like most of the Honda happenings are out in Cali... year round good weather or what? I dunno... just wondering.
