Today i got a speeding for speeding 59 mph on LSD. And police had it om laser. So i was wondering should plead guilty and go to traffic school and pay $105. Or should i try and contest the ticket???

You're better off paying for it and going to school so it doesn't appear on your record. What's there to contest if it was caught on laser?
I think there's only one way you'll win. That's if the officer doesn't show up to the court date. I was told by a few people that if you call the precinct in which the officer works at and ask for when his/her vacation is and set the court date on their vacation time, they will not show meaning that you will win.

your ticket is now your license, if you pay the officer i believe $75 when you get pulled over you can keep it, but if you pay you're automatically pleading guilty, if you don't take driving school it will appear on your record, meaning your insurance will go up, if you take driving school as far as I know it's like you never got the ticket at all, and if im not mistaken you only have one chance to take driving school no matter what the ticket is im pretty sure if it's your second ticket you don't get the chance to go to driving school.

i'm assuming since you said 59, that you weren't in a 55, that would be almost pointless unless the cop was just an ***, lets say you were in a 35 so you'd be 24 over, when i got my ticket i was 26-30 over the limit, and I didn't meet the requirements to take driving school, since i was going so fast..

Go to the court appearance and plead guilty. If your record is decent (like nothing within a year), chances are you'll get court supervision but not have to go to traffic school.

they have an online version of the defensive driving class...they let me take it even though i was like over the 25mph limit..it's a lot easier and less time-consuming... you have like 2 months to complete the course and once you past the stupid test, you will be fine.. no registration fee for the class either...
(btw, it was my first time getting the speeding ticket)
