I would bring 30-40 just in case. Man how did I get stuck bringing all this stuff. Gonna have to make room for meat in the cooler.

Well, it's too late to get a picnic permit. The jerk on the phone said they should've had it by noon today. So we pretty much just risk taking one of the picnic area spots. We can still hold it. Just have to make sure they don't see us with over 25 people. And in case someone does come with a permit, we'll have to move. So just in case, if anyone has portable grills, I think we need to bring them.
Sorry guys! Didn't know they were that strict. I'm sure we'll find a place though with no problem. As long as Busse isn't too busy we'll be fine.

That's gonna suck if it does. Does the park have covered areas for a BBQ?
Oh and I'm not gonna need help with the header install. I'll just take it back and wait until the ported head is installed.

Okay cool. I'll bring a case of beer maybe if I get around to it. I can still show you how to put in the vafcII. Just bring all the instructions. Almost time! Just a few more days.

Just remember that DC header is mine for $150
Check the first page. Meet at hooters from 1-3pm. After that, BBQ at busse woods park.
I would race for fun, but I can't get any more tickets. Unless someone knows an abandoned road. I'm mostly stock as well, since the ported head won't be installed til next week.

The shop is booked this week, and I'm still waiting on the header gasket. Then I have to try and take a day off work to drive up and have my vafc tuned.
Hey I got some keystone beer for you guys. Haha, that's all I can afford. And I'll be checking ID!! lol.

Heh. Sure why not. Hey if I get my ported head installed, I may be coming to Ohio for the meet there. Is five hours gonna be worth it?

It says isolated t-storms with sun. I think it will be okay, but I guess we'll have to find a covered place for the bbq. Someone bring a portable grill so we're not screwed if there's no place to go.
I just wanted to give a last reminder to those who havent read this whole thread though. Through rumors from other people who have had meets at the Busse woods before the cops supposedly seem to swarm around there and I would recommend putting your front plates back on and try to keep your windows rolled down to avoid window tint tickets good luck to all!

The cops there are really ****** about cars with tints and no front plates. I'll be there with my banged up 04, so I'm just going to make the excuse that it's not worth it to put it on now cause I'm getting a new bumper. Or if I do end up taking the hatch, it's still got the yellow paper plates on it from registering it.
Let's just keep our eyes on the weather. I'm sure we'll be fine though. And there are covered areas to grill out at if it is raining. Just have to make sure someone doesn't have it reserved.

One6 does a great job. I know all of the guys that work there. Very good guys and friends. They do a heavy amount of swaps. And they are all very knowledgeable about cars and what they do. And Mark always has a ton of stock on hand. Even though they are personal friends of mine, I still give that shop an A+ of all the shops I've been to.

Thats what I did
