whats a better header 4-2-1 or a 4-1 thanks

they only make a 4-1 header for our cars. get either the HP racing header with high flow cat or the Kamakazie header with high flow cat. both arent emission legal. dont waste your money on DC sports shortty header because its useless. oh, if you get the HP header you'll have to do some modification to one of your engine mounts if you have a EX w/ Manual tranny.

i have a auto and one more thing is there any different for ceramic or polish headers and what do you guys think that is the best manifold for a 2k3 civic ex coupe with auto

ceramic holds heat better than stainless steel. so if you get ceramic headers the engine bay wont be as hot. but ceramic doesnt last as long as stainless steel. after a while ceramic headers will start to crack. so are you looking for a manifold or a header for your civic?

well, theres no point in getting a manifold unless you want to get a turbo. if you want to go the NA route, then get a header.
