Manual Trans....

Is it possible to change my automatic transmission to a manual transmission?? I bought the car as an auto but i think maybe in the future i'll change it if it's possible. If it is possible do you know any price ranges??

nope, i dont have anything done to my car yet...tryin to get it all done this winter though...why wat do u need to know, im sure i could find someone to help u or someone here can help u

i was j/w what u had done, because after i get my rims, i'm probably going to buy some coilovers, but i don't really know which ones to get, i'm thinkin about the B&G's, the tein s.s., or the omni's which arn't out yet

Hummm.... 2k seems kind pricy. All you have to change is the tranny and shift linkage and some other little not to costly parts. The hardest part will be cutting out the old linkage box and welding a new one on while keeping it aligned. I had a '86 vette switched over for $800 including the transmision, but rear wheel drive tranies are a little easier to get to, but our trannies aren't impossible, infact I think there are DIY's on here for changing your tranny (not auto to manual, but just in general replacing the tranny)

reytito (columbus member) did it on his car. ask him what it cost. not 2k, that is for damn sure, much less.

buy my coilovers. tein ss, 5k miles on them. 750 p/u. and i might even help you put them on for a pretty small fee.

why am i selling the teins?

i bought them about a month ago. i am already lowered on eibach pro kit w/ konis and don't want to put all the time in installing these. plus, i would rather spend the $ to buy speed mods now. hondata, CAI, etc. thats all
