Wassup,

I'm going to be visiting Houston this Christmas Break
and I was wondering if I can get some information
about the place such as car scene, cost of living,
Vietnamese culture, crime rates?

it's a lot different hearing it from ppl and what
statistics show so that's why i'm asking feedback
about this place.

i'm going to be staying in northwest houston if
that helps
any info would help , thanks

Ah... Houston sucks in general. Too much traffic, pollution, horrible drivers, etc.

Anyway I live in NW Houston myself, crime is not that bad here but then again there is crime everywhere. Some places are worse than others, IE SW Houston, SE Houston and NE Houston. You really have to get outside the city limits before crime dies down. As far a Vietnamese people, there are enough. I don't know the specific but they are there. Car scene is non-existent, after all this isn't LA. Cost of living is relatively low, but then again so are wages.

However there are alot of clubs, bars, etc. Plus Galveston (horribly dirty water) is just an hour drive down south, so there is always stuff to do.

An overall sucky place to live IMO. Could be worse though...
