i believe tx has initiated the no insurance law, if you dont have insurance the authorities will tow your vehical and be impounded..perhaps could have threatened that lady with this..brought her to a bank..had her get a consignment item (cashiers/official check, money order) idk...id be very fruastrated..

no i didnt get anything cuz i have warrents and a suspended dl so when she hit me she was saying it was my fault but it was her fault cuz she passed me on the right when i was turning to park to the right. she was saying that it was my fault cuz i didnt have a blinker on so she was gonna call the cops so i told her i would help her fix her car as long as she did call the cops so i know it was retarted but giving her 500 bucks was a cheaper way out then getting arrested for no insurance suspended dl and warrants so balically i got screwed
