Location: 1960 E. and Aldine Westfield
Reason: Have fun and hang out
Places to eat: Sonic, Popeyes, KFC, Taco Bell, Arby, Mcdonalds

Well hope to see a good turnout again. Please if you know of anyone that is breaking the rules could you ask them to please stop or leave. So who is there.

The rules

1) No alcohol of any kind. Let us repeat: NO alcohol. No drugs will be allowed as well.

2) No repetitive revving engines or sounding your car horns. (if just got a new exhaust or something and someone wants to hear how it sounds, thats cool, but to just sit there and rev your car over and over again for no reason, not cool, just stupid, thats just how i feel, i'm sorry

3) No loud music. (please keep it at a low respectful level). Don't attract attention to yourself or others will do the same. Who wants the police to come responding to a complaint about loud music?

4) Please watch your speed as you enter and exit the parking lot from the street. Please be sure to pay attention to how you enter the exit the parking lot. Be alert at all times. Even if you are on the far side of the lot from the meet.

5) Please watch your trash. If you need to throw something away, please place in the dumpsters. Do not leave trash on the ground.

6) There will be a diverse mix of cars and people. This environment is a friendly one. Automotive enthusiast drive many different kinds of cars,and come from many different back grounds. PLEASE RESPECT OTHERS.

7) No street racing at or near the meet or mixing races with the meet.This is a very fast way to lose the meet. We do not condone street racing. We ask you kindly not to do it ANYWHERE near the meet.

8) No burn/peel outs. No reckless driving No drifting or attempts to drift. We all like to show off are new toys,but please don't use that new turbo here.:-)

9) If you want the police off your back, act like you have some sense and stay with in the meet location.

10) Please respect other peoples cars by not leaning or touching them if its not your car.

well I post on houston-imports.com and I went to the meets when they first started. Looks like it has finally become something big. I figured why not post it on here and see if we can get some more people. I'll be there tonight around 9 or 9:30. Glassjaw (kevin) will be meeting up w/ me as well. I'm sure no one will read this in time tonight but I'll be going every friday. =)

not sure yet.. streetglower has given me some things to check when I get home. I am thinking something w/ fuel delivery but I will def update once that hoe is running this Sucks

I think I'll try to make time to go there this coming Friday if anyone else is going up there. I am more interested in meeting other owners of 7th gen civics that know more than I do about my car, but I am open to anything really. And I dont know alot, so I definately need someone to talk to about it.

Well Me and Keven (glassjaw) meet up at hooters on 1960@45 on the north side around 9 or so. I'll pm you my # and I can get yours. I bet it will be pretty damn cold tomorrow night but screw it! I'm def getting some good sonic food to keep me warm. what part of houston are you from?

Just out of curiosity though... Are there more Houstonians that show up at the meet periodically? I have seen at least half a dozen other modded Em2's around and about but wasn't sure if they were part of the 7thgencivic community since I haven't really checked.

I know how to spell yo name.. that was a typo.. damn I'm tired as hell. worked 15 hours yesterday only to be back at work a few hours later. ugh. going to the shooting range after work and then maybe taking a nap to get ready for the meet. I need to wash my car.. i haven't cleaned it since the last sonic meet I went to

Only kicker is I got finals coming up real soon so I might have a tight schedule, but we'll see what happens. Btw, do you all hang out mostly at Houston-Imports and JDMKoncept, including Mark?

im always on jdmk and h.i. some times but dave i mostly see him on h.i. and here and mark i think hes on h.i. and cafetrends but cafetrends isnt really an automotive site,good luck with finals and see you a little later on keep it cool

I won't be at the meet this weekend.. don't feel the love w/ thanksgiving right here at my doorstep.. I'll be so full and fat I won't want to go anywhere.. I have learned from past experience lol

I need to JDMize my car but I'm not sure what to do next to it. Sure I could go and get a type-R shifter, RS grill, red honda emblem, and JDM headlights, but that doesn't do my car justice for what im trying to do to it.

Yes, but fortunately none of those things are very expensive, and relatively easy to find. Im pretty sure my next major upgrade will be a camber kit and/or a some new brembo brake's.

Only two more weeks of school left till im finished, then hopefully we can hit up the meet again together after I have some time.

camber kits are cheap as hell and well worth it.. I think I paid no more than $100 for the rear.. I never got anything for the front but I really don't care.. so whatcha think of mah new screen name lmao

Last time it was Gangsta, Glassjaw, me, and a friend of theirs named Mark who doesn't visit this site. There was a huge attendance overall, and seemed very popular according to my first impression.
