he waited an extra 4 days. the money cleared on Friday and the rims were shipped Tuesday. i told him it would take a few days for me with dealing with insurance, police and other stuff.

I hate to bring a thread back from the dead, but I was wondering if anyone could still vouch for Joe. I sent him $1100 in money orders for suspension on April 27th and it arrived in Texas on the 30th. I needed the suspension within two weeks because I was only home from school for a week and thats the only time I had to get it installed. I left him a message two weeks ago finding out what the deal was and he returned my call that monday saying it shipped the prior wednesday (may 9th).

Needless to say it didn't arrive last week and I was slightly pissed off because now I have to wait 2 months to install it. I also noticed another for sale thread he had that had what looked like the same suspension I already paid for for sale again. This had me questioning the whole situation even further.

Well it has now been almost a month since he received my money and 2 1/2 weeks since it was apparently shipped and I have still not received it. I have left him multiple phone messages and a PM all in the last week and have yet to receive a response. I hope its all a misunderstanding, but I am starting to get aggravated about the whole situation. If anyone has close contact with him can they please find out what the deal is?

i have his apexi n1 on my car, as of monday i will have his tein flex w/edfc, and high flow cat on my car, i never had any problems w/him shipping anything to me either. well one time w/the exhaust but some **** came up and that happens but as soon as he got back he sent it asap.

Ok, so you sent him money orders for a suspension that you never received. I purchased an air filter from this guy, he seemed really nice and offered me help if I needed it with my car in the future. Which suspension did you purchase from him? This was your first post on this site. I am assuming that you saw his F/S post in the F/S thread and spoke to him via PM. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that he took my money and then decides to resell the suspension... The reason I had no problem sending the money order in the first place is becuase he seemed like such a prominent and helpful member on here. At this point I just want to know what's going on...

i got the suspension weeks ago it has just been sitting at the shop because i haven't had time to put it on, but i did get it on today along with the high flow cat and my new header, called joe 3 times today and never had any problem getting ahiold of him, next time i talk to him ill see whats up.

talke dto joe today, he got your money orders and attempted to cash them only to be rejected for payment, he told you this and also told you to try to get your money back from whom ever you got them from because they were no good, and he would not send you the suspension w/out him getting money.

Thats the biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard in my life............... He told me EXPLICITLY that he shipped out the stuff and would try to find the tracking number. Money orders shouldn't be rejected, they're paid for upfront and covered by the government! I feel like he's taking complete advantage of me because I'm new on the forum. First thing I'm going to do is call the post office, and if that's a load of bullshit like I think it is im going to claim mail fraud with the government... I am so pissed right now

I have his name and address as well as "Tein Flex" on both money order stubs (one for $100 and one for $1000). I'm not really sure how that helps me though. I'm going to bring them to the post office tomorrow to see if they've been cashed if they can tell ($$ says they have) and then see what my options are from there... I've been told to use http://www.ic3.gov/ .

its not true they can be rejected for several reasons, i work at a bank we do it from time to time. But either way im just letting you know what i was told.
