(2) MTX Thunder6000 12"s in a sealed .75" MDF box for $100...




(2) Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 1 12"s + JBL P180.2 amp + sealed .75" MDF box...these subs were $80 each, the box cost around $40, and the amp itself has a MSRP of $349...this system sounds great, and it is in perfect condition...they were in my roommate's ride for less than a month, but he has his driver's license suspended so he wants to sell the whole setup...BUY THE SUBS, AMP, AND BOX FOR $350!

the subs are in almost-new condition...they were only in a car for a couple months, and there's a couple light scratches on the face and surround (REALLY light, like made with a fingernail or something)...but other than that, they're perfect...these subs are louder than both the pair of Kicker Comp 12"s and the pair of Fosgate P1 12"s in my friends' cars, so if you're looking for some solid low bass, these'll definitely do the job...plus, they don't require a huge amp, so you can save even more money...

if you're in/around San Antonio we can meet sometime and you can check them out for yourself...i'll deliver them if you buy them, or arrange to meet somewhere for pickup...

hmmm don't like to low-ball other people and all, but... you are talking about the Solo's right? $850 with amp seems kinda pricey and all.. lets see questions questions.. how long where they used... are they in a box or seperated... are they still in perfect working condition... has the amp ever quit on you... for any reason (i ask this cuase my last one always shut off on me & was a pain in the ****)... if the amp and subs are in good condition with a "I give you my word" i'll send 4.5 bills your way (3 for amp, 1.5 for subs).

why don't you buy the MTX subs?...they're only $100, and they're already in a box...

i guess i'm going to keep the KX1200.1 around since i paid almost $800 for it and i know i'm not going to get anywhere near that much from y'all low-ballers ...seriously though, i know it was a high price, but i just can't sell it for so cheap...sorry!

will anybody give me $300 for the pair of subs?...$350 and i'll put 'em in a brand new box, wire 'em up with some Stinger wire, and install them in your vehicle...

just out of curiousity...what would you charge to do a custom set up with say 2 10's or 12's and amp rack, box probably false floor installed.

or like the wall of 8 SoloBaric 12"s i put in a Camaro SS custom?

i don't charge much, otherwise i'd lose all my business to major shops...but it's hard to do a price quote unless i know what you're after....fiberglass? Plexi? motorized amp racks?...me and my boys can do just about anyting you want, but i need to know what you had in mind...

here's a nice clean setup in my friend's Protege5 hatch...looks good, sounds great, and is not just a typical amp-screwed-to-box setup...and materials are rather inexpensive, so you save alot of money over 'glass, etc. and still stand out...

there are so many suds because i have a tendency to splash around in the tub alot........ok, that was retarded...hell, i'm 6'4"...i can't even fit in the tub...but hey, i've been drinking, so it sounded funny at the moment...anyway...

if you want the short answer, it's because i'm a basshead ...but if you're bored and want a better explanation, then read on, my friend...

i'm in the Air Force, and i only work about 11 days a month (sucks, i know...but somehow i get by ...), so i have ALOT of free time...and i just moved into to a new house with a nice big garage, so i spend just about all of my free time in there redoing something in my car...and 99% of that time, that something is my system...

see, another problem that i have, in addition to too much free time, is too much money...ordinarily, that wouldn't be a problem, but as a 20 year old dude living with 2 other 20-21 year old dudes, i have a tendency to take that hard-earned money and buy ridiculous $hit...like 4 SoloBaric 12"s at $400 each...or a pair of KX1200.1s at $800 each...then i realize that 4 SoloBaric 12"s in a Civic is just plain dumb, so i start selling stuff...sometimes my roommates buy my stuff and then i sell their systems (the Fosgate/JBL combo, for example)...sometimes i give crap away as gifts at Christmas and stuff like that...and sometimes i post some really kick-*** deals on 7thgencivic.com to hook y'all up ...
