yeah its got holes, its always had a plate on it, dont know about any imprint

ahh... yea the imprint is the rectangle imprint where the license plate goes.. some vic bumpers didnt have that and it was just round.. im lookin for one without holes cause i dont want a front license plate, but i may get back to u
