Ordered several items from him, didn't have to call him or anything, never had a problem. I would go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB, and have a lawyer contact the shop number.

How can a lawyer contact him if he never answers his phone? And I haved filed a complaint to BBB. How long ago did you order?
from what pharoh wrote on the transaction forum is that he is relocating or something like that. i tried to contact him, but seems he don't answer nor the answer machine pick up.
he has a real shop, i have been there many times. i dont know whats going on with him right now but he is the only one that works there as far as i know and probably just had wayyyy too many orders to handle. he told me that he would be moving to a bigger shop soon but i dont know if thats whats going on right now or what but im sure this will all get settled.
I don't think it takes weeks to return a freakin 5 min call.
