no those are aftermarket projectors u can buy off ebay and some sites...and halogen is a way of lighting and projectors are a type of lighting the streets...he has an aftermarket HID kit with the projectors...just try unbolting the top bolt and pushing the headlight downward than tightening the bolt at the lower point
yeah, ragingspam is right, those headlights that you see are not stock, I bought them off ebay, and well the projectors are pretty good quality, I see a nice sharp cutoff line with deep blue/purple band of light...well back on topic, if I take off the bumper (which is a pain in the ***) and try to put the headlights lower, then I wont be able to screw the headlight in correctly, because of the bracket, if I remember correctly theres a screw deep inside that you need a long socket wrench to unbolt, and if I aim my headlights down, then im gonna have to drill a new whole to line up the headlight bracket and that deep bolt..I remember there was a way for the 2001-2003 civic's where you can just turn a nut or something like that and it aims the whole headlight downward or upward..is there something like that for the 04 civics? Or does anyone know a way to aim the actual projector downwards?
They got them up on ebay already check it out
04-05 projectors
These are the ones that I bought.
They seller claims that you can put HID bulbs in them...you can't...well at least not without using a dremel tool and grind the base of the bulb.

that looks sweet.. I just got HIDs 6000k xtecs for some reason my H1s wont fit in my TYCs so I put stocks back on and used my H4s.
As for the aiming, there should be screws on the back of the projector, atleast thats how it is on my TYCs.

and it looks like from the pictures on ebay..... u can adjust them from these 2 points behind the headlight assembly....

aww F**K this means I gotta take my bumper off again...anyways thanks for the tip, and yeah those are the same exact headlights that I got off of ebay, I'll post some more pics tommorrow, and some pics with the angel eyes only.
-edit AlienX, your HID bulb is not likely gonna fit, this is what I thought when I first ordered the headlights, since its 04 and 04 civics uses 9006 bulb type I figured it should fit right in, I was wrong, but I made it fit in, all you have to do is get a dremel tool and grind the base untill it fits

yeah take some pics with jsut the angel eyes on, and then some without any lights on at all...... during the day. thanks
haha i wana see how they look. not many pics out there of em yet.
btw, u dont technically have to take off ur bumper, or take off the headlights, to adjust em. try reaching down with a screw driver n turning it... like oem headlights. or.... use a rachet and a 15' extension to get down there.

Really?...I thought you have to take off the bumper to remove the headlights...thats how I always did it, are you sure you can remove the headlights without taking off the bumper? If its true then thank you jeeebbbbusss

those look decent i still wish tyc would come out with headlights but i guess well wait and see, but i dont see how they can be dot and sae legal without having the orange reflector in them
i think as long as u got a orange bulb in there i think its fine. my friend has clear corners with no orange reflector but has the orange bulb.
anyways i really would like to see how the beam pattern looks. trying to make a decision to get them or not

it shouldnt be that hard to take off the front bumper i did it like 5 times with my 02 coupe , and now i have an 05 sedan, but shouldnt be that harder, its the same to my point of view.
