Rep Power: 0 this might sound funny, but what color car you got? you can get away with darker tinting as long as your car isn't white. the contrast would get you pulled over every time.

Rep Power: 0 i think the darkest is 13%, not sure though. but thats how dark mine is!! hehe i think 20% on the front will be too dark, you'll have a hard time trying to see in the dark. better make it like 30-35%. and 13% in the back, since thats probably the darkest you can go

Rep Power: 325 Actually I have read onlyne it's a tint law site that in CA you can have any tint in the rear windows while in the front no darker than 70%. The darkest tint is limo tint which is 5%. I used to have 5% all around except fer the front windshield and unfortunately I got pulled over fer the front tint. Took it off and now I'm done. Ryte now I have 5% tint on my rear windows.
I know a shop that can hook it up that also comes with a lifetyme warranty. My tint costed me $200 all around with lifetyme warranty and they do a good shop. Of course if you see any bubbles or defect you can go back and get it redone. The rear windows would probably cost $140 with lifetyme warranty. The shop is in Daly City, let me know what' up.

Rep Power: 0 Are you sure 70%? Because if it was 70% tint, no one would buy it. 30% tint isn't even dark and the higher the percentage, the lighter the tint as you know. You must mean the front windshield.
I remember seeing the tint laws posted on the internet state for state but I forgot where it was.
On the other hand... didn't someone just say you could get away with darker tint if you have a dark colored car? Yeah, it was
