I used to go to Seaside a lot, but only cuz a friend lived there and they're about to move. I doubt I'll be down there again. That place has a LOT of domestic drivers. All I see are Mustangs and this one small part has a lot of imports.

Greenfield is way way south Mo. County.... Just make sure you dont live in Soledad... Esp. buying a house there.... Im not sure but the prices of house are depreciated cuz of the damn prison there... Just my guess though...

what u talkin about, man? my chick lives in Soledad in those new houses by the high school. the prices for those houses are going up every month!

LOL... Yeah bringing this back from the dead. And you are right, houses there are rising up in value... At the time the houses were around $225K but now they are what, $500K and up???

I actually wouldn't mind buying a house there, but its too late now... I should've jumped on the band wagon long ago...
