Ouch!
yeah.
two years ago, a rock hits my windshield. I get a new windshield...
two months ago, two tree branches fall on my car. I get a new windshield, fenders, hood.
around noon today, my mom hits my car while backing down our driveway.
i need a new passenger's side rear door.

i'll post some pics of it later...too dark now...

what the heck!!! I got my quote back from honda... $2100 for the door. All that's damaged is the outer shell (the part you see when outside the car, for those inept people.) when they replaced my windshield, fenders, and hood, that all came to around $3000... I'm going to have to go give them a little lecture.
why? well, on the estimate, there's an hour and a half work for 'TAILLAMP ASSEMBLY,O RT ADDNL LABOR OPERA'
are they charging me for taking out and putting back the tail lamp when they're working on my door?

nah, it's not the 'Curse of the 7th Gen'...
it's the 'Ultimate Mom's Door Ding Curse'
there's a bunch of white dots down the side of my car (some i've been able to remove, others are too deep.)
but this is the ultimate door ding. The door needs to be replaced, or at least the skin...
