If the paint is in good condition, then it's worth it (replacement painted bumper + lip!). You can't tell by pictures, you would have to go there and check it out to see if there's scratches, scrapes, etc....

that doesn't look like a 04 bumper. It looks like a 01-03 bumper. You should rename the title.
