Stephen baked them in the oven about two minutes, and like Jarrod said it was a tech meet so it did take a little longer than it should have! Plus the 04+ have those damn plastic tabs rather than the removable metal ones like the older ones!

i did my black out headlights in like 1 hour and thats with painting. i know from experience that the 04-05 style headlights are soo much easier to pull apart than the older ones cause there is less curves. what i did was take the headlight off the car and make sure all the metal tabs, platic things are off the headlight. then put it in the over at 250 degrees for 5 minutes without waiting for the oven to preset. then i just grab a small flat head like size 1, and work my way through the silicone around the headlight. then pull apart from the top. should come out real easy that way.
