If you want good quality paint jobs, i would reccomend Bertolucci's but they're expensive.
I recently had some repairs fixed and a front lip installed by Luxor. I don't know about their pricing, because my brother hooked me up with them, but they deal w/ imports. They painted/installed my brother's JDM front end on his integra. They also did a pretty good job on the fender/bumper repair and paint. The front lips paint came out pretty decent, but not as good as the bumper/fender. I'm pretty satisfied with their work... There's also P&P... I've heard some good stuff about them but never delt with them...
I dont know their numbers, so i recommend just looking them up in the phone book and getting quotes.
