norcal powdercoating...
1) is it possible to do flat black?
2) where in sac or the surrounding areas can this be done?
3) con's to doing this to a wheel?

3) cracks can occur. or stress marks. in the long run, the rim would show a sign of small crack since the cars weight is held up with the cars wheels. but i THINK it can vary on tire size/driving habits?

2. check your yellowpages for powdercoat, powdercoatin, etc
3. powdercoating is very duraible, it all pend on well the coated the wheel, if they do a shitty job, it will crack, i would go to the shop and look at sample of works they have done
